There's a lot of theory to learn, but of course you'll need hands-on professional training as well. You might think about adding a comprehensive personal assessment of health and well-being for your clients. Learn how to measure and monitor a client's fitness level by carrying out a variety of assessments. For example muscle strength, body fat, cholesterol, endurance etc.
